Natasha is here! She is really cute. She looks like a puppy, but she’s 2. I’m going to look up some names for her (Natasha doesn’t move me). Cobre in the office

So far she has been very well behaved. She rode perfectly in the car (after I told her no twice, she stopped trying to get in the front), she peed in the backyard (probably marking where Juniper had peed. Cedar and I were taking care of Juniper until earlier today when Wolfe and Lois took her so we could bring home Natasha). We took a tour of the house and went in and out the front door a few times to bring in all her stuff (crate, blanket, food). She was a little excited when she saw Barney (the next door dog), but she followed me (she was on leash) after just a little straining on leash. She’s taking a nap now.

She put her paws on the counter once when Joanna was chopping something (chocolate actually, no chocolate for puppies), but I told her no and she got right down. I think she’ll be very trainable. She just heard someone downstairs make a noise and she trotted over to the door. Now she’s looking out the window. She hasn’t barked yet. Whoops I jinxed it, she just did a little bark. Maybe I’ll take her out. We went out to the yard, had a pee, met Bil. She liked Bil. She sat to try and get him to give her some banana. He didn’t. Then she jumped up, but I told her off, and she got down.

I just set up the crate in our bedroom and put a chew treat in it. She went in and got it, took it out and is now having a chew in the bedroom. Dog frogCute little monkey. I’ll go look up some names for her now. Here is a picture of her doing what I call the “dog-frog.”
